Do I need to create an account to purchase?

If you are a new customer, then you are required to set up an account in order to purchase. It will also make shopping online quicker in the future.

What’s your privacy policy?

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Can I order from overseas?

Our company ships to the USA, the UK, France, Australia, Ireland, Italy and Spain. The delivery time is about 18 working days from the send date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Now we accept  credit cards and E-check.  With the credit card your order will be processed immediately. Then we will ship it out during a couple of days.

How can I return my merchandise?

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items within 90 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 14 days and return all goods in original condition.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Skin care marke will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
